Giveaway Terms & Conditions:
Open to US Residents only, 18 and older. Void where prohibited by law. This giveaway is hosted by Pathloom, Inc. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are released from liability in regards to this giveaway. No purchase necessary.
Giveaway: Entries officially open at 6:00 am on PT Monday, May 17th and close at 11:59 pm PT on Monday, June 14th. Early entries for existing Pathloom users open at 6:00 am PT Wednesday, May 12th. The prize winner will be drawn at random at 10:00 am PT on Wednesday, June 16th. To enter the giveaway, the user must: enter their details in the form on the giveaway page or social media sign-up forms. Additional entries may be awarded if the participant does at least one of the following as described on the giveaway page or in email correspondence targeting existing Pathloom subscribers. For any entry and additional entries, the names provided for the giveaway with the social media accounts must match for verification purposes. Limit of 1 email sign-up for the giveaway per person. At least 10 people must enter the giveaway for it to be valid.
The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified via the email provided for the giveaway. The winner will have 24 hours to respond, and if they do not respond within that time frame, we will choose a new winner. The winner will be announced on the Pathloom Website and social media channels by 5:00 pm PT on Friday, June 25th, 2021.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Pathloom who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. Pathloom is collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this giveaway, including for the purpose of identifying and notifying winners and understanding our audience.
Prize: One grand prize winner will be chosen at random, and will receive an Alps Mountaineering Lynx 1-Person Tent and Nemo Astro Insulated Sleeping Pad (subject to availability; if unavailable, a comparable product will be provided instead on Pathloom's discretion). In order to be eligible for the grand prize, participants must earn at least 50 giveaway entries. Additionally, one regular prize winner will be chosen at random, and will receive a Alps Mountaineering Zephyr 2-person tent (subject to availability; if unavailable, a comparable product will be provided instead on Pathloom's discretion). The prize will be delivered to the winner’s home address, which will be provided by the winner once Pathloom has notified them of their success in the giveaway. The prize will be shipped to the winner within 24 hours of the final announcement. Competition is not open to employees of Pathloom. Shipping costs will be covered by Pathloom and the tent will be shipped by a third-party at Pathloom's discretion. The recipient's address must be an address that the third-party vendor ships to. The prize will be void where prohibited by law. The prize cannot be resold or returned. If you have issues with the product, you must report them to the manufacturer directly. Pathloom will not be responsible for the product once it has been shipped to the winner, nor does Pathloom hold any liability from the use of the product. Pathloom is not liable for any support for the product once it has been shipped.
