Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

 

Open to US Residents only, 18 and older. Void where prohibited by law. This giveaway is hosted by Pathloom, Inc. and Farm to Summit LLC. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are released from liability in regards to this giveaway. No purchase is necessary.

 

Giveaway: Entries officially open at 6:00 am PT on Friday, May 20th, and close at 11:59 pm PT on Wednesday, May 25th. Early entries for existing Pathloom and Farm to Summit users open at 6:00 am PT Wednesday, May 18th. The prize winner will be announced on Tuesday, May 31st. To enter the giveaway, the user must: enter their details in the form on the giveaway page or social media sign-up forms. Additional entries may be awarded if the participant does at least one of the following as described on the giveaway page or in email correspondence targeting existing Pathloom and Farm to Summit subscribers. For any entry and additional entries, the names provided for the giveaway with the social media accounts must match for verification purposes. Limit of 1 email sign-up for the giveaway per person. At least 10 people must enter the giveaway for it to be valid.

The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified via the email provided for the giveaway. The winner will have 24 hours to respond, and if they do not respond within that time frame, a new winner will be drawn. 
 
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Pathloom and Farm to Summit who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. Pathloom and Farm to Summit are collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this giveaway, including for the purpose of identifying and notifying winners and understanding our audience.

 

Prize: One winner will be chosen at random, and will receive a bundle of Farm to Summit products, which will carry a market value of approximately $85. The bundle will include 2 breakfast meals, 2 lunch meals, 2 dinner meals of choice, and 5 lattes. The aforementioned programs are subject to their own terms and conditions as expressed on the Farm to Summit website. Competition is not open to employees of Pathloom and Farm to Summit. The prize will be void where prohibited by law. The prize cannot be resold or returned but can be gifted to one person. Pathloom will not be responsible for the prize once it has been chosen by the winner, nor does Pathloom hold any liability itself.
